Private Instruction

Private and semi-private classes are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Often those recovering from injuries or beginners in learning to work out effectively prefer to have a few one-on-one sessions with our instructors to develop confidence and assure perfection in executing each movement.

Who We Are

Meet Jacky

I’m Jacky McComber, and Willowbend Pilates is more than a place to work out—it’s the way I learned to start again. When life felt heavy and uncertain, I made a simple promise to myself: show up, breathe, and move. Pilates gave me a pathway back to strength, calm, and a sense of ownership over my days. I began sharing that practice with the people around me—neighbors, friends, and folks who never thought of themselves as “fitness people”—and I watched the same quiet confidence take root.


This studio exists for everyday men and women juggling real life: work, family, bills, and the curveballs that come with being human. We keep our groups small and our coaching personal so you feel seen, supported, and safe to go at your pace. You don’t need to be flexible or “in shape” to begin; you just need a willingness to take that first step.


Our “fusion” approach blends mind, body, and spirit:

  • the strength to carry groceries, kids, and responsibilities without pain,
  • the flexibility to move freely and stand taller,
  • and the resilient mindset to meet each day with steadier breath and clearer focus.


We layer classical Pilates with thoughtful progressions, posture work, and breath training, so you build results that actually show up in everyday life—less tension in your neck and back, better balance, more energy, and a renewed sense of control over your story.


My purpose is simple: to help you reclaim how you feel in your body and, little by little, how you feel in your life. Inside these walls, you’re not chasing perfection; you’re practicing progress—one session, one breath, one better choice at a time.
